The Workout: Classes are ~50 minutes and consist of 5-8 women. Every week, there will be a different timer theme focusing on muscle building, strength, endurance, and conditioning. The variety of workouts will keep you hooked! Perfect for all fitness levels, these classes help you stay accountable, push your limits, and achieve results — together.
